BlueWolf Event Production

Last wekend saw the inaugural edition of the Fire on the Rim MTB Race - an old school race hosted by the tiny community of Pine, AZ. Close to 100 racers showed and supported - and they were treated to some fine racing. Lots of volunteers, great venue, and a very fast 45 mile race were the highlights of the day.

Supported by MBAA, this race will grow - especially as the word spreads about how welcome the community makes you feel.

Great result - 1st in the 45 mile 45 + age group and third fastest overall. Felt good to finally get a race podium after a string of 4th place finishes....

Next up - The Old Fashion MTB Race hosted by my home shop Absolute Bikes here in Flagstaff. Another old school-style race - old school means great course, low key bells and whistles and great racing. Lots of fast, fast folks live here in Flag......
